Orders are processed & shipped in the order received within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders are packed carefully & shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout. An email notification will be sent as soon as the order is shipped.
Canada & Everwhere Else:
Certain countries now have international tracking available. If your country does not have international tracking service & you need tracking, there will be an additional charge. Please contact us for upgraded shipping. We will then calculate the extra upgraded shipping charge for your order & send you an invoice.
Additional shipping charges may apply on all orders over One Pound (16 oz.). We will email you for any additional shipping charges.

International orders can take between 1-6 weeks in transit, but sometimes longer, depending on the destination country's postal system.
Expedited International shipping is available with a shipping time frame of 4-7 days for an additional charge.
Expedited Shipping & Insurance
Orders can be shipped via expedited air courier with rates depending on the destination, with tracking & 4-7 days delivery time frame.
Insurance can also be purchased for any order for an additional charge.

Refunds & Exchanges
U.S. Customers: If you are not satisfied with a product, please return unused, in original condition & original packaging with a Delivery Confirmation number, within 5 days from the day shipment is delivered. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Store credit is provided less shipping charges & a 10% restocking fee, once the returned goods are received in original condition, unused & in original packaging. All returns are subject to the 10% restocking fee due to items being held up during the returns process & the labor charges we incur on all orders.

Custom Orders are final & non-refundable.
All orders outside the U.S.A. are final & non refundable.
